The most common methods of indoor growing are soil and hydroponics. Soil can contain a variety of mediums such as perlite and coco and hydroponics usually requires clay pebbles and/or rockwool.

Soil is the most traditional medium for growing indoors, as well as the most forgiving, making it a good choice for first-time growers. Any high quality potting soil will work great.

Ventilation Systems

Ventilation systems are a crucial part of your indoor grow. It helps move the air around, and replace old stagnant air and heat with new fresh cool air with fresh Co2. Plants need air to be circulated around the room to mimic outdoor environments. It doesn’t matter what type of grow system you use, whether if it’s a soil grow, or hydroponic grow you will always need fresh air, and circulating air. Our ventilation systems are fully compatible with air cooled reflector hoods for your lighting. When you air cool your reflectors, cool air is forced through your reflectors, and moves all the heat to a different location which keeps your indoor grow room much cooler.
